Important – your use of the NRMA BusinessWise Motoring Costs Calculator (“the Calculator”) is subject to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using the Calculator.

By using the Calculator, I agree to be bound by the terms of the NRMA Business Motoring Costs Calculator Licence Agreement (“this Licence Agreement”) which appear below.

This Licence Agreement

This Licence Agreement is between National Roads and Motorists’ Association Limited trading as NRMA Motoring & Services ABN 77 000 010 506 (through its NRMA BusinessMotoring business unit) (“we” and “us”) and the customer specified in the Order (“you”).

Definitions

“Calculator” means the NRMA Business Motoring Costs Calculator and includes all updates and modifications.

“Order” means an order for a licence to use the Calculator which is submitted by you and accepted by us via email or by contacting our toll-free telephone number.

“Standard Fee” means the fee (including GST) imposed by us and payable by you for the licence to use the Calculator for duration of the Licence Period.

“Licence Period” means the duration of this Licence Agreement which shall be a year from the day that we accept the Order.

“Licensed User” means a person within your business who is authorised by you to access the Calculator.

This Licence

Pursuant to this Licence Agreement we will provide you with access to use the Calculator by either CD- rom discs (‘Discs”) being sent to you, via data files being emailed to you or through access provided in the NRMA Business Motoring Website.  Each Disc supplied by us entitles the user to a single installation and is not to be used for the purpose of distribution over a multi-user network.  Access to the Calculator through the NRMA Business Motoring Website or from data files is not to be shared with any other person outside your business without our express prior written consent and is not to be used for the purpose of distribution over a multi-user computer network.

During the Licence Period, and subject to the terms of this Licence Agreement, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Calculator for the purpose of aiding you in the management of the motor vehicles used by your business.  The information contained in the Calculator is only to be used internally by your business.

We may, at our sole discretion, add, revise or discontinue any information used in the Calculator.  Any updates that we create will be sent to you on Discs or through data files every 3 months or by live update on the NRMA Business Motoring web site.  The terms of this Licence Agreement will apply to all updates.

We may also, at our sole discretion, amend the terms of this Licence Agreement.  By continuing to use the Calculator you are deemed to have accepted the amended terms of this Licence Agreement.

The licence granted to you by this Licence Agreement must not be sold, sub-licensed or otherwise assigned in any way by you to any third party.
